1.    School seminars

2.    Introduction to Property investing
This one hour FREE seminar conveys the basic principles of residential property investment to the non financial person  interested in investing in property and who wants to maintain his/her standards of living after retirement.

3.     Comprehensive Property Investment Workshop
This workshop follows on where the Introduction to Property leaves off. In this seminar ALL aspects of investing in property from identifying your property all the way through financing and rental management is explained. The course includes a Beta version of the software package Property Wizard version 3.01

This seminar can be booked at 084 5565 997. Cost is R 1250 per person with a minimum booking of 10 people. Larger bookings will attract a discount.
